Tionesta
Originally a site for the Tionesta Sand and Gravel Corporation, which provided materials for the Kinzua Dam, the town is now a unique tourism destination. It is home to the Sherman Memorial Lighthouse, Pennsylvania's tallest inland lighthouse (75 feet), built on Lighthouse Island. The island also features Peace Park and a working timber-themed mini-golf course. It serves as a major gateway for the Allegheny River and Tionesta Creek, popular for world-class musky and walleye fishing.
