Drake Well Museum & Park

The birthplace of the modern petroleum industry, Drake Well Museum and Park chronicles the 1859 drilling of the world’s first successful oil well by Edwin Drake. The site features a replica of the original engine house, outdoor exhibits of historic "oil patch" machinery, and the Oil Creek & Titusville Railroad, which takes visitors through the valley that changed the world.
