Westline & Kinzua Valley Trail

Westline was once a bustling industrial center for chemical wood distillation, fueled by the surrounding hardwood forests. Today, it is a secluded destination known for the historic Westline Inn and as the western trailhead for the Kinzua Valley Trail. This scenic 7-mile rail-trail follows the winding Kinzua Creek through a deep, wooded valley, providing a level and picturesque route for hikers and cyclists to explore the site of the former Day Chemical Company and the rugged forest interior.
