Tidioute Overlook

The Tidioute Overlook provides one of the most photographed vistas in the PA Wilds, offering two distinct "twin" views of the Allegheny River valley. From the upper pavilions, visitors can look down upon the town of Tidioute and the river's dramatic "S" curve, which encompasses several of the National Wild and Scenic wilderness islands. It is a premier spot for observing bald eagles soaring on the thermals and is particularly breathtaking during the peak of autumn foliage.
