Red House Lake

Central lake area of Allegany State Park.

Located in Allegany State Park (NY), Red House Lake was created in the 1920s. It is the heart of the park's historic Red House area, surrounded by CCC-built stone structures and the iconic Tudor-style Administration Building. It remains a classic destination for swimming and summer fun.
