Minister Creek "North Loop"

The Minister Creek "North Loop" represents the most rugged and remote section of the popular Minister Creek Hiking Trail system. While the south loops are famous for their rock formations, the North Loop takes hikers onto the high plateau, through vast stands of black cherry and northern hardwoods. This segment of the trail is significantly less traveled, offering a higher degree of solitude and the chance to encounter wildlife in a more undisturbed setting. It is the preferred route for backpackers looking to extend their journey into the deeper, quieter reaches of the Minister Creek canyon.
