Formed from 300-million-year-old quartz conglomerate, Jakes Rocks is a geological marvel that has been transformed into an international mountain biking destination. It is home to the "Epic" Trails at Jakes Rocks (TAJR), a professionally designed system featuring over 35 miles of high-quality flow trails. Beyond biking, the area remains famous for its massive "puddingstone" formations and spectacular overlooks that provide bird’s-eye views of the Kinzua Dam and the sprawling Allegheny Reservoir below.
