Cornplanter Peninsula

A site of deep historical and spiritual significance, this peninsula was once the home of Chief Cornplanter and the Seneca Nation's last tract of land in PA. Flooded in 1965, the area is now a protected peninsula accessible primarily by boat, serving as a landmark for regional heritage.
