Clear Creek State Park
CCC-built gem featuring the "Bear Town Rocks" overlook.
Clear Creek State Park is a 1,900-acre gem known for its rugged beauty and the extensive stone and timber craftsmanship of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). Located on the banks of the Clarion River, the park offers a unique "step back in time" with its historic cabins and shaded campgrounds. It is perhaps most famous for being the home of Bear Town Rocks, a massive geological formation that provides one of the most stunning panoramic overlooks of the Clarion River valley from its high-elevation observation deck.
